Cobalt Blue USA was established in the year 2004 with its first service station in New Orleans and set up a second station in Houston in 2012.
Cobalt Blue USA offers the complete range of services and inspections on Life Saving Appliances (Life Rafts, Life Boats, and Immersion Suits) and Fire Fighting Equipment.
In order to ensure top quality Services and a quick turn-around on a 24-hours basis, both New Orleans and Houston Service Stations operate their own vehicles and occupy ample floor space workshops of 500 and 420 square meters respectively, which are geared up with state of the art equipment.
Approved by Bureau Veritas, Lloyd’s Register and ClassNK, Cobalt Blue USA is qualified to service all the array of Fire Fighting Equipment, Fixed Systems, and also Life Jackets & Immersion Suits.
Under the approval of Lloyds Register, DNV-GL, Bureau Veritas, ClassNK, RINA, ABS, and with Authorization from Panama Flag, Antigua & Barbuda Flag and MCA UK, Cobalt Blue USA is qualified and authorized to service Lifeboat & Davits.
We offer annual and 5-Year Service as per IMO MSC 1206/Rev.1, Hook modification, Re-Hooking, testing of Accommodation Ladders and Gangway, Overload test of Cranes.
